Performance characteristics
The frame is a welded integral beam with a split differential rear axle. The entire vehicle has undergone special rust prevention treatment through acid pickling, phosphating, and electrophoresis, which is not easy to rust and is durable.
The front suspension is a thick double tube with a spiral spring front fork, while the rear suspension is a non independent suspension with strong load-bearing capacity.
There are three braking methods: mechanical linkage drum type rear wheel brake, left hand handle type soft axle front wheel brake, and manual mechanical parking brake, which have good braking effects.
The box design meets the requirements of environmental sanitation, with a fully enclosed structure. The box cover is equipped with a cover in the middle structure, which can prevent garbage from dripping and flying during operation.
The box can be flipped and garbage can be dumped at once, significantly improving work efficiency. The back of the box is designed with casters to protect the box from damage during operation.
The box is made of 100% high-density polyethylene (PP) by one-time injection molding (with a volume of 500L), which has excellent performance of acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance.
The entire vehicle is equipped with LED lighting, left and right turn signals, brake lights, instrument panel, electric horn, rearview mirror, anti-theft alarm, etc., effectively ensuring driving safety.
